Shipping & Returns

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:
The shipping method is determined by the size of the object being shipped and the materials from which the object is fabricated and the buyer’s ship-to location.

Shipping Cost:
The cost of shipping is determined by the size of the object being shipped, special shipping requirements (e.g. custom crating), the distance that the object is being shipped, end delivery spot (stairs, gated community, high rise building, etc.) and shipping insurance. We provide you with a shipping quote obtained from the country’s best shipping providers.

Shipping Options:
White-Glove Shipping: Estimated delivery is four to six weeks from the date the order is placed. Furniture, chandeliers, heavy decorative items, some rugs, and items might require custom crating due to their fragility.
Federal Express or UPS: Estimated delivery is one to two weeks from the date the order is placed.

Return Policy:
From the date of delivery, buyers have three calendar days (excluding U.S. federal holidays) to inspect the object and contact Melanie at or 561-585-1976 to request a Return Authorization

If the item is not as described in the pre-sale requested condition report, the buyer may return for a full refund. The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the seller.

If the item is as described in the above-referenced condition report, the buyer may request a Return Authorization. All shipping and insurance costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Any refund, after seller's inspection, will be in the form of a store credit

When contacting us to initiate a return, please include:

  • The reason for the return

  • Your order number (find this in your order confirmation email)

  • Your phone number

Once we review your return request, we will send you an email with further instructions.

All returns must be received within 30 days of Return Authorization and in the same condition as when originally shipped from Kofski Antiques, Inc.. Items will be inspected before any refund or store credit is issued.

Please note that items listed as final sale are ineligible for return.

Buyers are responsible for outbound and return shipping charges, including costs of shipping insurance. Your first return will not incur a processing fee; however, each subsequent return is subject to a processing fee equal to 10% of the purchase price of the returned object(s).

Each returned item must be received in the condition it was in when shipped. Note that all returns will be inspected upon receipt for authenticity and condition. We reserve the right to decline any return or deduct from amounts refundable for any damage to property.

A refund of the purchase price paid or a store credit, according to the terms of the Return Policy clause of this Refund Policy, less any charges for which the buyer is responsible will be processed upon confirmation that the item has been returned to the seller. Refunded amounts will be credited to the payment method used to purchase the item.

We are unable to honor a request for a return that is received more than three calendar days after delivery.


Item issue or shipping damage:
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, please contact your independent shipper and insurer.

We strongly recommend taking photos of the damaged item and packaging. Send a close-up photo of the area(s) of concern and photos of the whole item to your shipper/insurer. Photos are required to file a claim for damaged property.
