TO VIEW IN PERSON:

Items may be viewed in Palm Beach or West Palm Beach only. Please contact melanie@kofksis.com to make an appointment to view the object in person.

ITEMS ON HOLD:
We will hold an item for seventy-two (72) hours. 

BUY NOW:
Once you select “Buy Now” to purchase an item and complete the checkout and payment processes you have committed to purchase all the items in your cart.

PAYMENT:
We accept bank wire transfers, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.

ORDER CANCELLATION:
You may cancel an order within twenty-four (24) hours of placing the order by calling Melanie at 561-855-4059. If you cancel an order after twenty-four (24) hours of placing the order, and the ordered item(s) have not yet shipped at the time of cancellation, your order may be cancelled subject to the deduction of a twenty percent (20%) processing fee. If you cancel an order after twenty-four (24) hours of placing the order and any of the ordered product(s) have shipped at the time of requested cancellation, the requested cancellation will be processed as a return, subject to our Return Policy. Any amounts refunded in connection with order cancellations will be issued back to the payment method used for the original purchase.

Final sale items are not eligible for cancellation or return.
